Copyright and Abuse Policy

We respect the intellectual property of others. Because we do not store user-shared content, we cannot remove files. However, we will terminate accounts that are repeatedly reported for copyright infringement. If you believe a user is using the service to infringe on your copyright, please contact us with the relevant details, and we will investigate the matter.

Service Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. As the service relies on peer-to-peer connections and third-party infrastructure (like signaling and TURN servers), availability may vary. CieloWeb is not liable for any data loss, damages, or other losses resulting from your use of our service.

Progressive Web App (PWA)

CieloWeb Share is offered as a Progressive Web App (PWA) to provide an installable, app-like experience. The PWA may offer limited offline functionality (such as viewing the app shell). However, core features, including establishing a connection with another peer, require an active and stable internet connection.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these terms from time to time. If we do, we will provide notice by posting the updated terms on this page.
